Come to the mountains and reconnect.

What to Do (and Where to Stay) in the Western Catskills

The White Sulfur Springs Artist Retreat is a place where artists, innovators and designers can work together with art materials, natural elements and found objects to experiment with different ideas and challenge their habits and mindsets, make mistakes and discover new and exciting ways to express themselves, create work, and profoundly impact their art making practice.

White Sulfur Springs Artist retreat is 90 minutes northwest of New York City in the beautiful Catskill Mountain Region of Upstate New York.  The retreat is within a 10 minutes drive to the incredible Peekamoose Hiking trails and Waterfalls as well as the Neversink Reservoir swimming area.  The retreat has a stage that can be used either as a covered sleeping area or a place to make art.  The kitchen/porch area, made completely with re-purposed windows and shipping crates, is an oasis in the woods, a wonderful place to sit by the fire, stay warm and cook if you so desire.  There are also other places on the property where camper's can make their own fire.

The Woodbury Commons outlets are on the way to the retreat.

A great place to get deals on name brand labels.
